This page covers cedartechsolutions.ca and the computer repair services we provide. Our app, Radar, has its own policy at radar.cheap/en/privacy, which is the one that applies to anything you do inside Radar.

This website
The site is static. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and does not track you. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives the ordinary technical details every web server sees (your IP address, browser and the pages requested) in order to serve the pages and keep them secure. We do not use that data to identify anyone.
The contact form
The request form on our contact page is ours. What you type is sent to a small service we run on Cloudflare and stored there, in Cloudflare's data centres, until we have handled your request and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Along with the form fields we record the time and the network address the request came from, which we use only to stop abuse of the form. Nobody else receives the submission. If you would rather not use the form, email us instead.
Repair work
Fixing a computer means we may see files on it. We look only at what the job requires, we do not copy your data anywhere other than a temporary transfer you have asked for, and any temporary copy is deleted once the job is done. We keep your name, contact details and a record of the work performed for our own accounting, for as long as Canadian tax law requires.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to our and we will answer within 30 days.

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
